One other thing is that when you assign a task to someone, they can delete it without your knowledge. If I am using Cubetree to assign task to my employees, they can delete the task and I will never know.

We are working with a couple companies IT groups to do single sign on integration. We’d like to go with one of the standards like OpenID but we’ll see what various people need. :)
