We are a small dispersed company all working from home. We do not need a full-fledged project management system. If you were to add projects below Groups and allow tasks to attach to either the group level or to projects, that would provide us EVERYTHING that we need to run our projects. Thanks

When I click on the "threaded" view of the feed, it's not sticky. I can't easily find a way to make it so. Since the UI is almost completely about the feed, making it work how I want it to is paramount for my use of the product.

When collaborating on a document, it would be helpful to have a flag to see if the document is "checked out" by another member of the group. Making comments on a doc only to find a new version that was uploaded makes it less productive.

To preserve confidentiality of chats, only administrators and the originator of a chat room should be able to invite new participants to the chat.

It would be great if we could directly associate one or more groups to a post after the post is published. Typically, posts coming from outside Cubetree as a feed, like tweets, appear in cubetree feed but we need to repost them again if we want to assign them to an existng group interested on the post. This is far from friendly :( when a simple option to assign it to one or more groups would be so simple ;-)

I completely agree. One of the main draws for cubetree is to be have an open flow of information. Flow comes to an abrupt halt when you have to re-type and re-post an interesting post/link/document... do like facebook and allow the quick and easy repost "via" option with one click.

Groups is one of the most interesting features of a corporate social service (imho). Unfortunately, groups in cubetree lack several features : blogs and calendars. Do you plan to implement this anytime soon ? regards

Tagging should be integrated everywhere, especially in descriptions of links, documents, goals, etc. Today i upload or link and then have to follow up with a tagged comment and hope that is enough to lead someone to that item.

Twitter integration is great but right now, limited to one Twitter feed per client. Can you allow more the one Twitter identity per client?
