implement group blogs and calendars
Groups is one of the most interesting features of a corporate social service (imho). Unfortunately, groups in cubetree lack several features : blogs and calendars.
Do you plan to implement this anytime soon ?

Single Sign On
Why is Cube Tree not supporting Single Sign On with our X.509 certificates.
I cannot understand how a tool that should enhance collaboration prevents me from easily using itStatus: plannedWe are working with a couple companies IT groups to do single sign on integration. We'd like to go with one of the standards like OpenID but we'll see what various people need. :)

More Robust Task Management and Assignment
There are plenty of softwares out there like www.hitask.com and www.producteev.com that try and bring a more robust approach to task management within groups. They fall short in the fact that they integrate with NOTHING else.

Provide a tree like structure for wikis like Confluence does
A tree like structure makes it possible to organize pages under heads. Right now, it takes manual effort to update a "container" page every time a new page is added. I am quite unable to use your wiki effectively enough because of this

Simple Project Management
A simple project management application would be nice. This way, groups could manage smaller projects, without having to have Basecamp (which I am not a fan of) or Teamworkpm.net. Simple project, milestone, task tracking with discussion/commenting and file sharing.

Change the way you display action items
Please change the way you display action items. Currently they show up as already completed (they're already checked! lol!) Basecamp, Things, and many other apps have very good action item/todo list. I feel there is really no reason to reinvent the wheel here. Specifically:

add jabber & sametime to IM options
Ironport uses jabber. Cisco uses SameTime. Cisco owns jabber. You decide.

Include some user assistance documentation
I can't find a single Help topic or FAQ, which makes it hard to help myself when I run into problems (such as not being able to upload a profile picture)! Could be related to browser compatibility.... or popup blockers.... or.... well, I don't know because there doesn't seem to be any documentation!
Status: startedWe understand your request and are currently in the process of adding more help to the various pages (we started with the Admin pages). A quick comment here is that we support all image files up to 10MB with the exception of TIFF on some browsers. I will contact you off-line to address your support issue.

Browsing for Users and Groups
When browsing for Users and Groups one has to click through all pages.
It is not possible to navigate.
One should be offered the number of pages of users or groups so that you can click on a certain page number or you should be able to navigate to the letter a user name or group starts with.Status: under review -

Pending Invitations
It would be nice to see pending invitations and optionally issue the subsequent invitation emails. Also would be nice to get a message if that person already have an invitation pending from another user.

Add inline viewing and editing for documents, plus document history
Adding support for something like Scribd to view common file formats would be nice. Taking people out of the stream and into an Office application or Acrobat can be disruptive.
