enable tagging in descriptions for links, documents etc
Tagging should be integrated everywhere, especially in descriptions of links, documents, goals, etc. Today i upload or link and then have to follow up with a tagged comment and hope that is enough to lead someone to that item.

The ability to tag a document, link, wiki, and any other post would be extremely useful. A tag cloud will enable teams and individuals to see what the most discussed topics/themes are and will also allow to search by those topics/themes.

Yeah, when you enter a #hashtag in the description of the document, it's not clickable.

I would especially love the ability to tag links that we post and then view the links as a tag list or cloud.

One kind of tag its a "todo" or "task". For example: If I set for a doc, note, contact, etc a tag "task" it will appers at task view.
