For example, if there is a calendar for the group where they can post dates (i.e. project dates) and can select who will be attending, who is required/optional, etc. This is similar to Outlook functionality, but would be a separate calendar that can be used by group. Is there a native cubetree company-wide calendar feature available, where anybody can post events/dates company-wide? If not, how do I integrate gCal (or similar)?
Alex & Kevin - Thanks for the feedback. Are you both thinking that someone create an event in a CubeTree group and invite attendees, CubeTree sends invites to their calendar and then we keep track of responses?
It would be nice at least to have a corporate calendar and group calendars. I would still keep my personal calendar in Outlook but I think work groups would benefit from a shared calendar.
What about calendar? I agree the gcal import is weak and rather useless at the moment -- so showing the cal in a window could help (because for this to work you really need to live in it). But any other ways to share the data thank to the calendar?
