Got it, now we're on the same page!
I would recommend you go to our Feedback tab (on the right, above the Support tab) and submit an enhancement request for the ability to combine extraneous cross company groups. You can also take a look at enhancement requests from other customers and vote for any that would be beneficial to you. Our product management team uses this information to determine which features we add to our product.

EXACTLY!
And then you discover this and want to align by merging those two cubes. Have all the information in one. You see this also happening in message boards online. I understand this cannot be done today, but I can imagine it being a great feature for the future.

I think I misunderstood your initial question, and I apologize for that.
When you say cubes, are you referring to cross company groups?
For example, you at SuccessFactors can invite a customer at CompanyX to join a cross company group and you are able to share information across that group, while another SuccessFactors colleague can invite the same customer at CompanyX to a different cross company group. Is this what you’re asking about?
If so, we don’t have the ability to combine groups, but you can request that the admin of any other cross company groups your customer is a member of invite you to the group, and you will get any updates in your feed.
It should also be noted that any customers you’ve invited to a cross company group now has their own instance of CubeTree, which they can use at their own company.
If you’re actually referring to a different function, can you please provide some additional details about the situation you’re describing?

Well it happens that colleague create multiple cubes for the same customer. It would be nice if we could merge those.
Can you put it on the roadmap? I guess it would be an interesting feature.

Hi Patrick,
The short answer is that we can't combine 2 CubeTree accounts.
Are you trying to combine 2 separate company accounts? Because accounts are domain based, we can't combine separate company accounts for security purposes.
If you've created 2 different accounts for yourself under SuccessFactors, you'll need to disable one of them through your profile, and rejoin any groups you were part of under that account.

Can i combine two cubes together?

It would be really nifty if there was a way to take an existing email chain and drop it into CubeTree, have it parsed and have the content appear on the applicable participants' walls.

For instance, I was engaged in an email chain about setting up a lunch meeting and wanted to continue it in CT. Moving the dialogue online meant the details already exchanged were not part of the "View Conversation" in CT.

If a user could drag, tag or forward an email chain to have the content seamlessly appear in CubeTree I think it would go a long way into easing the transition away from email.
