Groups is one of the most interesting features of a corporate social service (imho). Unfortunately, groups in cubetree lack several features : blogs and calendars.

Do you plan to implement this anytime soon ?

Groups are one way to segment docs into "categories", but it would also be nice if tags or labels could also be applied during upload to allow for GDocs/GMail-like "folders" on the Company Docs page.

In company docs view, organize documents into these tag "folders" by default, but still allow for view all.

Is private / direct messages

Tagging should be integrated everywhere, especially in descriptions of links, documents, goals, etc. Today i upload or link and then have to follow up with a tagged comment and hope that is enough to lead someone to that item.

Right now if you share a link you have to enter its info manually, even its title. You should auto-fill that with the title of the linked page, auto-fill the description from the site's meta info, and for extra credit load up pictures and let me choose which one to use.

A tree like structure makes it possible to organize pages under heads. Right now, it takes manual effort to update a "container" page every time a new page is added. I am quite unable to use your wiki effectively enough because of this

Just like Twitter and Facebook, allow me to link to my phone and send updates via SMS.

Now, when somebody replies to someone's comment or topic, the replies are not clearly linked to each other and the topic/group is visible in a small font only, making it hard to grasp what is the reply about. All the comments on one topic should be aggregated together so that the whole history of it could be seen at once. Otherwise one word long replies do not make sense and it takes time to go back in comments and see what was the answer about

I now have over 2500 groups as it pulled in all the accounts that where linked to me in Salesforce, this is unworkable. Need to be able to decide what to bring in. (also how can I get rid of all these groups?)

We leave our chat windows in CubeTree open all day, BUT I don't know when there are new comments.
